Last season, the girls’ basketball had a tough season, with the score of 2 - 8.
This year, they are determined to improve and develop by the end of the season. The team feels confident, and determined to make this year successful. The team is hoping to make it to California Interscholastic Federation this year. They started conditioning since summer, and are expecting great results. As a team, they see great improvement. “We will make it to CIF, most likely third round. Maybe even champs!” says Jasmine Himori, junior.
The girls are looking forward to a not only a successful season, but to prosper as a team. Alanna Ho, junior, says, “We may have our ups and downs, but this year’s team looks really solid. I’m looking forward to see our team grow and succeed as the season progresses.” The team is working really hard at being the best they can be. Currently, it is their preseason, and there is a game every week. Come and support the lady conquers!
